Below you can find more information on the available supplements that is not shown in the Azur colloque pre-registration interface

New registration link for Azur colloque

3rd august 2023

Azur Colloque has updated their system and recreated our login page, to correct a bug that prevented several participants from successfully completing their registration (apologies!).

The registration link has changed in the process and has been update below.

Important points:

• no on-site payment (cash, VISA, ...) will be accepted;
• fees must be paid exclusively via Azur Colloque;
• online fee payment cannot be cancelled nor modified;
• conditions for reimbursement are directly set by the CNRS (only medical circumstances can call for a case by case review & consideration), and the local committee has no saying on the matter.

Pre-Conference Training Course

(12 September 2023)

• Student: 150€
• Academic/Industry: 300€

Registration ECS 2023 Symposium

(13-15 September 2023)

Early bird fee applies for registration on or before july 7th.

• Industry (Early: 675€ / Late: 900€)
• Academic (Early: 525€ / Late: 700€)
• Student (Early: 300€ / Late: 400€)

Supplements and reductions

• Accomodation (1 person / 3 nights) : 264 €
  Single person accomodation in the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris. Note that this is not a hotel, but a student campus; in particular no room service is provided. Limited number available.
  
• Additional conference dinner invitation : 100 €
  Additional ticket for one accompanying person wishing to attend the conference dinner. The regular fee already includes the conference dinner. Choose this supplement if you come accompanied.
• Pre-conf 12sept - Academic/Industry : 300 €
  Choose this if you plan to attend the pre-conference courses on september 12th.
  
• Pre-conf 12 sept - Student : 150 €
  Student fee for the pre-conference courses on september 12th.
• Group discount (other : -50 € / student: -30 €)
  Discount for groups of five or more people (student or other) from the same laboratory or company. If you are in that case we would be grateful if you could send a single mail with the list of people concerned.
  

Registration process

The registration is a three-phase process:

1) We kindly ask you to confirm your presence before June 30th by completing the registration form at

https://ecs2023.sciencesconf.org/registration

(this should take a few minutes only; some data fields are optional)

2) Request an invoice via Azur colloque at

https://dr01.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/fr (new link as of 2023-08-03)

Choose the appropriate base fee, and optional supplements. Among these, a limited number of rooms in the Cité Internationale Universitaire can be booked, on a first come first serve basis.

3) After verification by the organisers of you pre-registration, you will receive an invoice via e-mail. Please allow for a day or two to process requests. If you attempted to book a room but our quota is already reached you will be invited at this step to modifiy your registration request by cancelling the corresponding supplement.

Fees must be paid via credit/debit card exclusively (excepte for members of French laboratories, who may also pay via purchase order to the CNRS). Unfortunately we cannot provide bank transfer as an option.

Once the above steps are completed you will receive the final confirmation of your registration via the ecs2023.sciencesconf.org web site.
